Description of eCompetence
eCompetence is a webbased software application for web-recruitments, developed by CompetenceX AB. Since May 1st, 2010 Revide AB owns and develops eCompetence. eCompetence consists of two parts. One for the companies and one for the candidates. Licensed companies publish their Job Postings on their websites and handle the applications and the CV database. Candidates read the Job Postings, register their profiles and send their applications. Only licensed companies with agreements with Revide AB have access to the recruitment software eCompetence.

Purpose
When you register your profile, personal data and enclose documents in eCompetence the information will be stored in the database of Revide AB. The purpose is both to secure your identity and thereby guarantee applications of high quality to the receiving licensed company as well as to facilitate your application process and for you to be found when the recruiters in the company search their database for new candidates.

Recipient of your Personal Data
Revide AB receives your Personal Data. The administrator of Revide AB’s database has access to your Personal Data. When you register your Personal Data and saves your profile the licensed company can find your data in the Database. When you send an application your profile will go along and the licensed company will have all the registered information about you. The licensed companies are separated in the database which means that your Personal Data and profile only are available for the licensed company where you have registered your data and to which you have sent your application. The licensed client company is responsible for their handling of your Personal Data, profile and applications.

Acceptance
When you register your Personal Data with Revide AB you accept that Revide AB handles your Personal data, profile and applications in accordance with the above mentioned conditions. You have the right to withdraw your acceptance whenever you wish.

Direct marketing
Revide AB is obligated not to handle your Personal data for reasons concerning direct marketing if you in writing have informed that you do not accept this.

Correction, deletion of information etc.
Revide AB is obliged to immediately correct, close or delete your Personal Data upon your request. Please contact us at the above mentioned address.

Information upon request
Revide AB is obliged to inform you free of charge once a year if your Personal data have been used in any way. If Revide AB has used your Personal data information must be given to you concerning which information has been used, from where it has been taken, the purpose of this and to whom the information has been given. The request must be in writing, sent to Revide AB at the above mentioned address and must be signed by you.
